Returns & Terms Policy:
Please read the following before you make a purchase:

If there is an issue with your FHE Online purchase, please contact us at least five (5) business days prior to the publishing date or before final sign-off of the print ad or web listing, at:
returns@fheusa.com or call us at 800-865-1779.

Refunds will not be issued without an advanced return authorization. All financial returns will take 10 - 14 business days to complete. If we have made a mistake, your file has been corrupted, or you would like to make a change (e.g. you decide you would like to change the phone number, color or size of the ad) we will make every attempt to fix it and/or replace it, quickly. If the print ad runs different from the signed off proof, a percentage refund will be granted based on the level of error and determined on a case by case basis reviewed by accounting management.

All requests of this nature will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.

We are committed to making your credit-card purchase as secure as possible, and to ensuring your privacy. All information obtained will not be sold or shared unless specifically noted by the client. To process your order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date, and telephone number.

Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation of the project, ownership of all original artwork shall be retained by FHEUSA Incorporated. A cancellation fee of 25% for work completed based upon the contract price, combined with any incurred expenses, (This includes any labor or resources purchased) shall be paid by the buyer. NO cancellations are accepted one week prior to printing date.

All realtors, mortgage brokers, builders, real estate affiliates and/or distributors of products and/or services are responsible for their individual content posted on www.fheusa.com.

FHEUSA Incorporated claims no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, claims and general information posted by participating realtors, mortgage brokers, builders, real estate affiliates and/or distributors of products and/or services.

All realtors, mortgage brokers, builders, real estate affiliates and/or distributors of products and/or services are expected to update and maintain any and all content posted on www.fheusa.com. Requests to alter www.fheusa.com content may be emailed to jim@fheusa.com and changes/corrections will be made according to the nature of the request within 7-10 working days.
